This easy BBQ ribs recipe is not only packed with flavor, but it also requires minimal effort, making it a fantastic choice for both novice cooks and seasoned grill masters alike.
Ingredients
Scale:
3 pounds Country-Style Ribs
1 cup Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons Dry Rub (optional, mix of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). This slow-cooking method will help tenderize the meat.
Rinse the country-style ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
If using a dry rub, generously sprinkle it over both sides of the ribs, pressing it into the meat.
Arrange the seasoned ribs in a large baking dish, bone side down. Make sure they are not overcrowded for even cooking.
Pour half of the BBQ sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated. Reserve the other half for later.
Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
After baking, remove the foil and brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the ribs. Broil on high for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized.
Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
