3 Ingredient Fruit Cocktail Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix (approximately 15.25 oz)
• 2 cups fruit cocktail (with juice)
• 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. Pour the melted butter into the prepared pan, ensuring it covers the bottom evenly.
3. Evenly distribute the fruit cocktail over the butter in the pan.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix with the fruit cocktail juice. Stir until well combined.
5. Pour the cake batter over the fruit cocktail, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
