12 slider buns (store-bought or homemade)
1 pound of sliced corned beef
6 slices of Swiss cheese
1/2 cup of Dijon mustard
Chopped green onions (optional)
Pickles (optional)
Thousand Island dressing (optional)
Fresh herbs like parsley or dill (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the sliced corned beef with the Dijon mustard.
Slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
Evenly distribute the mustard-coated corned beef over the bottom halves of the buns.
Place one slice of Swiss cheese on top of each corned beef portion.
Cover with the top halves of the buns, pressing down gently.
Optional: Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, allow cooling slightly, and then slice into individual sliders.
