Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each potato into eight wedges. Try to keep them even for uniform cooking.
  3. Place the potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat thoroughly.
  4. Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the freshly grated parmesan cheese over the hot wedges. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  6. Once baked, transfer the wedges to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
