Crispy, golden-brown potato wedges seasoned with garlic and parmesan cheese, perfect as a vegetarian side dish or party appetizer.

4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each potato into eight wedges. Try to keep them even for uniform cooking.
Place the potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat thoroughly.
Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the freshly grated parmesan cheese over the hot wedges. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Once baked, transfer the wedges to a serving platter. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
