  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, thyme, and milk. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Reserve about ¼ cup of the glaze for later use.
  5. Spread the remaining BBQ glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
