1 lb bacon, cut into thirds
1 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup unsweetened apple juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the bacon strips into thirds.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each little smokie, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, apple juice, and Dijon mustard (if using). Mix until smooth.
Drizzle or brush the brown sugar glaze over the bacon-wrapped little smokies.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
