Ingredients
Scale:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
1/4 cup crumbled bacon (optional)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley or chives), finely chopped
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Fold in the chopped green onions, diced bell peppers, and crumbled bacon (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture.
Once well combined, shape the mixture into a ball, ensuring it is compact and smooth. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. This chilling time helps the flavors meld together.
After chilling, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Roll the cheese ball in the chopped nuts and fresh herbs until fully coated, creating a beautiful presentation.
Transfer the cheese ball to a serving platter. If desired, decorate the platter with additional herbs or crackers for an appealing display.
