6 ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the Parmesan, cheddar, cream cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
