Ingredients

- 1 cup of garlic croutons
- 1 teaspoon of savory herb seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup of creamy Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup of crumbled bacon, optional
- A sprinkle of red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing. Stir until well coated.
- Add the chicken broth to the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Combine the garlic croutons, Parmesan cheese, and savory herb seasoning in a separate bowl. Distribute this mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
