12-15 sheets of no-boil lasagna noodles
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded (for topping)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook until golden. Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously until thickened. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese in a large bowl.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, pour a thin layer of creamy sauce. Add a layer of lasagna sheets, half of the filling mixture, and a portion of the creamy sauce. Repeat layers, ending with a layer of lasagna sheets topped with the remaining creamy sauce.
Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded Swiss cheese on top. Optionally, add breadcrumbs for crunch.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top. Let cool before serving.
