Chicken Crescent Rolls are the ultimate comfort food—savory, satisfying, and simple to prepare. These delightful roll-ups combine tender, seasoned chicken with a creamy filling, all wrapped in buttery, flaky crescent roll dough.
Ingredients
Scale:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans of refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Open the crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the dough into triangles.
Place a spoonful of the chicken filling at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the point to form a crescent shape. Pinch the ends to seal.
Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush each roll with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and p■ up.
Let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
