Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef (preferably 80/20)
1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
1 cup milk (whole or low-fat)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper (optional)
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, bell pepper (if using), eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Transfer the meat mixture to a greased loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Spread half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
