A unique and delectable no-bake dessert that combines the rich flavors of chocolate with the nostalgic taste of cookie dough.
Ingredients
Scale:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup additional chocolate chips for coating
Sprinkles or crushed nuts (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir until well mixed.
In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined. The dough should be thick and slightly sticky.
Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Using your hands, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Once all the dough has been rolled into balls, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help them firm up.
While the cookie balls are chilling, melt the additional chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
Remove the cookie balls from the refrigerator. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, then place back on the parchment paper.
If desired, sprinkle with crushed nuts or colorful sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
