  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or lightly coat with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Add Chicken: Place the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker, ensuring they are distributed evenly.
  3. Layer Vegetables: On top of the chicken, add the diced onions, sliced carrots, celery, and potatoes.
  4. Season: Sprinkle the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the vegetables.
