- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Unroll one can of the crescent roll dough and spread it across the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pressing seams together.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough over the cream cheese filling and press seams together.
- Pour the melted butter over the top layer of dough.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of sugar with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, then sprinkle over the melted butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow the bars to cool before serving.
