This recipe combines the savory flavors of garlic and butter with tender, juicy pork chops, making it a perfect choice for a weeknight dinner or a family gathering.
Ingredients
Scale:
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the seasoned pork chops in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Drizzle half of the garlic butter sauce over the chops.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Once baked, remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle the remaining garlic butter sauce over the top before serving.
