Ingredients

- 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob, husked and cleaned
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
- Garlic Parmesan Seasoning, optional
Instructions
- Start by husking the corn and removing any silk. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the kernels off the cob to yield about 4 cups of corn kernels.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the corn kernels and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the Garlic Parmesan Corn to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
- Serve hot as a side dish or appetizer.
