  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the cooked bacon, chopped onion, minced jalapeños, minced garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the dip mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. If desired, sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
