Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 jalapeños, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Additional shredded cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the cooked bacon, chopped onion, minced jalapeños, minced garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the dip mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
- If desired, sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
