  1. Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well and roll into small, even-sized balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. Brown the Meatballs: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Prepare the Potatoes: Toss the cubed potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
