  2. In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sweetened condensed milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
