  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and cook until it is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  5. Add the chopped bell pepper and cook until it is tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), hoisin sauce, and grated ginger to the skillet and stir to combine.
  8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have melded together.
  9. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef and vegetable mixture.
  10. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
  11. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds (if using).
