8 ounces of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 large egg
1 cup of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of breadcrumbs

Prepare the Sandwiches: Take two slices of bread and place a few slices of mozzarella in between, ensuring an even layer of cheese for optimal melting. Season the cheese lightly with salt and pepper.
