- 1 pound of lean ground beef (or substitute with turkey)
- 15 ounces can of chili beans in sauce (mild or spicy)
- 1 bag of tortilla scoop chips (or homemade using corn tortillas)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
- Once the beef is cooked, stir in the chili beans, including the sauce, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the tortilla scoop chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Generously fill each tortilla scoop with the beef and chili bean mixture.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
