Ingredients
Scale:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped
- 1-2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
- Extra shredded cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Roast red bell peppers if not using jarred, under a broiler for 10-15 minutes until charred.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in chopped roasted red bell peppers, minced garlic, chopped jalapeños, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
- Taste the dip and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with dippers of your choice, garnished with fresh herbs and extra cheese if desired.
