  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the bell peppers by cutting the tops off and removing the seeds and membranes. Arrange the peppers upright in a baking dish.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the diced onion, mushrooms (if using), and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
