2 large bell peppers (red, green, yellow, or orange), sliced
1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
Instructions
Begin by slicing the smoked sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.
Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and slice them into strips.
In your slow cooker, layer the sliced sausage at the bottom.
Add the bell pepper strips on top of the sausage.
