  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it is crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the bacon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate. Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the bacon drippings in the skillet.
  2. In the same skillet with reserved bacon drippings, add the drained corn kernels and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In your slow cooker, add the sautéed corn, crumble the crispy bacon into pieces and add it to the corn, and finally add the softened cream cheese on top. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it on low heat for about 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
