Instructions
- Start by cutting the chuck roast into 1-inch cubes. Optionally, season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Place the cubed beef in the slow cooker. Pour in the 4 cups of beef broth, ensuring the meat is fully submerged.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles to the slow cooker and stir well.
