- 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless, your choice)
- 1 cup yellow mustard, preferably a smooth variety
- 1/2 cup honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Let rest for about 15 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the yellow mustard and honey until well combined.
- Place the seasoned pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the mustard marinade over them.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for about 6 to 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Carefully remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Optional: Transfer the remaining mustard sauce to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat until reduced to your desired consistency.
