  1. Season both sides of the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the stuffing mix and shredded cheese. Pour the chicken or vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each pork chop by cutting horizontally through the center. Fill each pocket with a generous amount of the stuffing mixture.
