  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or lightly coat it with oil.
  2. Pour the chicken or vegetable broth into the bottom of the slow cooker, then add the frozen mixed vegetables.
  3. Carefully place the frozen potstickers in a single layer on top of the vegetables.
  4. Drizzle the soy sauce evenly over the potstickers.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. While the potstickers are cooking, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey (or maple syrup) in a small bowl.
  7. Once the potstickers are ready, stir to combine with the vegetables and serve hot with the dipping sauce.
