Description
A simple, hands-off meal using your slow cooker, featuring homemade potstickers with Asian-inspired flavors.
Ingredients
Scale:
- 1 package (about 20 oz) frozen potstickers
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (for dipping sauce)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or lightly coat it with oil.
- Pour the chicken or vegetable broth into the bottom of the slow cooker, then add the frozen mixed vegetables.
- Carefully place the frozen potstickers in a single layer on top of the vegetables.
- Drizzle the soy sauce evenly over the potstickers.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
- While the potstickers are cooking, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey (or maple syrup) in a small bowl.
- Once the potstickers are ready, stir to combine with the vegetables and serve hot with the dipping sauce.
