2 cups bell peppers, diced

Instructions
Start by heating 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
Once heated, add the chopped onion and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent and fragrant.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and toss them into the skillet with the onions and garlic. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the sausage is browned.
