30 ounces frozen shredded hashbrowns
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 cup full-fat sour cream
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese, the can of cream of chicken soup, and the sour cream. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Pour the hashbrown mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and golden brown on top.
Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
