3 pounds pork spareribs
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Prepare the Ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Pat dry with paper towels.
Apply the Spice Rub: Mix spice rub ingredients and coat both sides of the ribs. Let sit for 30 minutes or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Sear the Ribs (Optional): Sear ribs in a hot pan over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side until browned.
Prepare the Slow Cooker: Whisk together barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour some sauce into the slow cooker.
