1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Set aside to firm up for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add ¼ cup of granulated sugar and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1 cup of powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Fold the sliced strawberries into the creamy mixture.
Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Once set, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream with ¼ cup of powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread over the top of the pie.
Garnish with additional fresh strawberries before serving.
