1 pound ground beef (or turkey for a leaner option)
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
4 cups beef broth (or chicken broth for a lighter taste)
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Instructions
In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
