4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine the Italian breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
