  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until just combined.
  3. Take about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a mozzarella cube in the center and fold the meat around it, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
  4. Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the creamy sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the marinara sauce and heavy cream. Stir occasionally, allowing it to simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Stir in the chopped basil just before serving.
