½ cup warm water (around 110°F or 43°C)
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 3-5 minutes until smooth.
In a medium bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and chives until smooth and creamy.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
