  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, garlic powder, Italian herb blend, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended, creating a smooth and creamy spread.
  2. Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface. Evenly spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of each tortilla, leaving a small border at the edges.
  3. Layer the Italian deli meats over the cream cheese spread in a single layer, ensuring that the meats cover the tortillas without overlapping too much.
  4. Top the meat layer with your choice of fresh vegetables. A combination of spinach and bell peppers adds a great crunch and flavor contrast.
  5. Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, keeping the filling intact. Continue rolling until you reach the end.
