1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
In a microwave-safe dish, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Microwave the mixture on high for 30 seconds. Remove and stir well to combine.
Continue to microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. This should take about 1 to 1.5 minutes total.
Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
If desired, fold in chopped nuts or any other mix-ins you prefer.
