    • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
    • Roll out each sheet of pre-rolled pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 5mm thickness.
    • Using a round cutter or a small plate as a guide, cut out rounds of pastry, approximately 15-18cm (6-7 inches) in diameter.
  3. Assembling the Bridies:
    • Place a generous amount of the beef filling on one half of each pastry round, leaving a border around the edge to seal.
