  1. Combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch in a large bowl. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Bring beef broth to a boil in a large pot. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of the broth.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef in a single layer and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-frying for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return beef to the skillet. Add oyster sauce, garlic soy sauce, and reserved beef broth. Stir to combine and let simmer for a few minutes.
